CemGreen has developed an innovative supplementary cementitious material (SCM) that would significantly reduce carbon emissions in the cement industry. The innovation includes CemShale™, a process that calcines shale in granules instead of powder to deliver a high performing clay mineral based SCM, and CemTower™, a game-changing equipment for optimised heat treatment of shale granule material, vertically integrating three separate equipment in conventional cement production. CemGreen will provide cement producers SCM supply chain flexibility, significant cost savings and the possibility to lower CO2 emissions.
