MYCOHUNT

The aim of this project was to develop a rapid, sensitive biosensor for detection of the DON mycotoxin in wheat. The DON mycotoxin infection in wheat is a major threat to the food and feed sector of Europe. We were the coordinator of the MYCOHUNT project.
